After 8 weeks, I finally got around to taking some photographs of my studio at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel. As you can see, I’ve settled in pretty well at this point, and there are a number of different projects in the works.
Artist Wu Ding and others setting up Museum of Unknown’s project at the Power Station of Art in Shanghai. The exhibit, Spectacle, opens tomorrow, Friday May 17th, at 6 PM. One of my photos will be on exhibit.
Originally the site of the Nanshi Power Plant, the Power Station was renovated as a pavilion for the World Expo 2010. Afterwards, it was transformed to its current function, and is the first public museum of contemporary art in mainland China.
